Colliers International, together with its partner - the international HR company Adecco- organized the second Colliers Connects event in Varna on June, 9th 2009. The business cocktail gathered close to 200 representatives from the business community in Varna to discuss the potential of Varna as an outsourcing destination.

Atanas Garov, Managing Director of Colliers, Bulgaria and Ivailo Slavov, Executive Director of Adecco, Bulgaria made opening speeches about the great opportunities that Varna offers as an outsourcing destination. Special guest of Colliers Connects was Detlev Hoch, Director, Head of Global Software&Services Practice in the international consultancy company McKinsey, Germany. He made an interesting presentation on the topic and encouraged the Bulgarian business community to be involved even more actively in the outsourcing industry in the country. Finally, Keppel FELS Baltech Ltd, a company, leader in marine and offshore design, shared its close to 15 years successful outsourcing experience in Bulgaria.

By organizing this event Colliers International aims to exchange experience and join efforts with all those who are the driving force of the local economy and are interested in the development opportunities in Varna and the region - management representatives, entrepreneurs, businessmen and local administration.
