America House, the 22,000-sqm office development just delivered on the market boasts with its largest tenant – the brand new launched telecommunication operator COSMOTE. The company will occupy approx. 3,500 sqm, Colliers International, exclusive agent of the building, announced. The telecommunication operator leased space at the 5th and 6th floor of the building which is scheduled for completion for the end of the year.
Horatiu Florescu, the broker that mediated the transaction, explained that America House was from the start the best option for his client because of its dazzling stature and top-of-the-market finishing. COSMOTE will benefit not only from great exposure and accessibility, efficient and comfortable office space, but also from the rich proximity of banks, shops and other points of interest.

‘In 2005 Colliers International has had mostly requirements for large spaces, which speaks about the market’s evolution. Most of the transactions closed on the market were larger than 1,000 sqm; the largest is the one mediated by Colliers on behalf of Oracle – 7,100 sqm in what is going to be called Oracle Tower’ – explained Horatiu Florescu.
The realtor is the exclusive agent of the building and describes it as a winning concept, with excellent quality open space (22,000 sqm) and a 5,000-sqm shopping gallery at the first two levels of the building. Representing a useful facility for the building’s tenants, but also for outsider shoppers, the gallery will provide a mix of tenants suitable for this type of space - namely attached to an office building – coffee shop and restaurant for an enjoyable meal with colleagues or clients, pharmacy, fashion, cosmetics and gift shops.
