Goals:
Corporate Services will be targeting two specific lines of business: (1) existing broker-managed accounts whereby the broker manages the transactions and the VP of CS provides support in the form of additional services such as the coordination of lease administration and other offerings and (2) actively participate in new business development, leveraging existing resources to secure the business. An additional objective of this position will be to cross sell other services to these clients whether on a transactional or retained basis.
Job Summary:
To advance multi-market tenant advisory assignments, on an account basis, with existing clients and prospective opportunities in coordination with best practices implemented by the National Corporate Solutions Group. Support the brokers in the implementation of these corporate objectives and policies as they pertain to the service line. This role will have tactical responsibility for many of the broker's day to day operational activities, as well as, project management responsibility for specific initiatives, including new client transition, technology development, customer service and quality control.
