The Colliers Boston Retail Services team was started in 1997 by Ted Chryssicas and Pat Paladino. It was the first time in the firm’s celebrated 135 year history that retail became a main focus of the brokerage division. Since that time, the group has grown to five team members—including a full-time dedicated Marketing Assistant.
The Retail Services team has been working with Fidelity Investments for the past 12 years, developing and executing a systematic expansion plan across the US. Today, the team is responsible for over 130 locations nationwide, and has handled over 400 transactions on behalf of Fidelity—including renewals, relocations and expansions.
The Retail Services team is also responsible for the roll-out of numerous “blue-chip” tenants throughout the Boston area. We pride ourselves on working with a selective clientele—so that we can effectively provide the highest level of service in the marketplace. Tenant roll-outs include:
