Developing a relationship with NStar, formerly Boston Edison, many years ago through our Advisory Services Group, Colliers International Boston's Management Services expanded the business practice with the facilities management assignment in the 1990s. Helping organizations like NStar to consistently succeed in areas physical plant operating goals, such as preventative maintenance schedules, and ongoing communication and technological demands, is just a part of the success of the Management Services.
Property Management:
Colliers International Boston has been the property manager for the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's commercial portfolio since the 1950s, testimony to our success in building strong relationships.
