Caritas Christi Network Services, a division of Caritas Christi Health Care, has executed a new 18,584-square-foot lease for its headquarters at 850 Washington Street in Dedham, Massachusetts. The firm will relocate in January 2010 and become the building’s anchor tenant.
Colliers Meredith & Grew’s Robert Cronin represented Caritas Christi Network Services in the transaction. Paul Simard of The Simard Company, LLC represented the landlord, 850 Washington LLC. Specifics of the lease transaction were not disclosed.
Built in 1975 and renovated in 2001, 850 Washington Street is a three-story, 28,131-square-foot office building located at the junction of Route 128 and Route 1 in Dedham, Massachusetts. Nearby amenities include retail, hotels and restaurants.
“After considering numerous relocation options, Caritas Christi Network Services chose 850 Washington Street because of its flexible, open floor plans and strategic location that provides convenient access to all six Caritas member hospitals,” said Cronin.
