Enzlers, a fine luggage retailer, recently leased 1,200 square feet in the Sycamore Building within the new BoDo development in downtown Boise, Idaho. Jennifer Fratusco of Colliers International facilitated the transaction.
BoDo is a redevelopment of the historic 8th Street Marketplace in the heart of Idaho’s capital city. With plans for four city blocks of space, the revitalization of this district will bring new opportunities for downtown Boise. The principle uses of this redevelopment are: retail, office, restaurants, and entertainment.
