At Colliers International, the Vendor Tenant Representative is a specialized real estate agent, which assumes the time consuming duties of locating facilities for Wal-Mart related vendors.

WHEN DO YOU NEED A TENANT REPRESENTATIVE?

Company Mergers or Dispositions - We will work with you to analyze your new larger space requirement by reviewing existing lease documents and running an analysis that your corporate headquarters can use in their evaluation of the merger or disposition.

Lease Space - We continuously monitor the market for availability of space so that you do not have to. We will show you what is available and negotiate the best lease terms based on your needs and market conditions.

Expansions - If you need to expand in the middle of a lease term, we will review your lease and recommend the most cost effective options.

Renewals - Even if your lease has built-in renewal rates, there is room for negotiation. We have the most current market information to use as leverage to negotiate better terms.

Building Purchases - If you want to buy an office, we provide valuation services and can negotiate the purchase.

Build to Suite Site Selection and Development - If your company is growing large enough for its own facility, we can facilitate the development process by coordinating with you, architects, contractors and the City. You will have a single point of contact through the entire process.
