Effective February 1, 2008, Colliers Dickson Flake Partners, Inc., Arkansas’ largest commercial real estate company, is changing its name to Colliers International.  The company has offices in Little Rock and Bentonville, Arkansas.

Colliers Dickson Flake Partners was founded in 1971 as Barnes Quinn Flake and Anderson, Inc.  In 2003, the company joined with IBR Real Estate to form Dickson Flake Partners, Inc.  Lane Real Estate Services in Bentonville merged with the company in 2005. At the same time, the company joined the Colliers network as Colliers Dickson Flake Partners, Inc.  The firm has six principals; Kevin Huchingson, Phyllis Glaze, Mark Bentley and Denise Hanson in Little Rock and Steve Lane and Ramsay Ball in Bentonville.  Dickson Flake, co-founder of the firm, remains affiliated with the company.

Colliers currently manages over 10,600,000 square feet of commercial space in the state of Arkansas – including office buildings, industrial, retail and mini-storage facilities.  There are 95 employees, of which 40 are licensed real estate brokers and agents.  The company helped facilitate more than $200 million in sales and lease transactions during 2007.
