Effective April 1, 2007, Colliers Dickson Flake Partners is leasing and managing Beau Terre Office Park in Bentonville, Arkansas. Beau Terre Office Park is owned by an investment group assembled by Behringer Harvard, who specializes in investment properties in the United States and other countries.

Beau Terre Office Park is a seventy-five acre office park comprised of 35 one-story buildings.  It is located at the intersection of I-540 (the Highway 71 bypass) and Highway 72, approximately 3 miles east of the Wal-Mart corporate headquarters.  The office park is the preferred location for companies that supply leading consumer products to Wal-Mart, the largest retailer in the U.S.
