The law firm of Whiteford, Taylor & Preston, L.L.P. was 18 years into their headquarters lease and required growth options, the refurbishment of dated space finishes, higher space/efficiency ratio, creation of more centralized conference areas, and greater headquarters visibility.

Challenge
Colliers Pinkard faced the challenge of securing plausible options for Whiteford, Taylor & Preston’s large, multi-floored office lease that was nearly three years prior to expiration.
