The Colliers Pinkard Investment Services Group is pleased to announce the sale of Tech 100 Business Park, 6671-6679 Santa Barbara Road, Elkridge, Maryland. Tech 100 is a three-building, flex/warehouse portfolio in the Baltimore-Washington Corridor. The 166,039 square foot portfolio was sold to Hill Management Services, Inc for $10,538,875 or $63.47 psf.
“This was a win-win transaction. WRIT was able to off-load a non-core asset and Hill Management picked up a very nice addition to their growing warehouse/flex portfolio,” said Jonathan Carpenter, Senior Vice President at Colliers Pinkard.
The Colliers Investment Services Team represented Washington Real Estate Investment Trust (WRIT) in this July 2009 transaction.
