Colliers Pinkard announces a new addition, Jonathan Carpenter, to its Investment Services platform serving the Maryland and North Carolina regions from our Baltimore office. As an Investment Services Specialist, Mr. Carpenter will play an integral part in virtually every part of the process of generating and presenting office, industrial, retail and multi family properties for sale to the local, regional and national investment communities.

Mr. Carpenter brings 10 years of commercial real estate experience most recently with Corporate Office Properties Trust, where he focused on the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties. His resume also includes experience as a Capital Markets Financial Analyst with Trammell Crow Company.
