Anglemyer earned the prestigious MAI membership designation with the Appraisal Institute, a global membership association of professional real estate appraisers with nearly 23,000 members and 92 chapters throughout the world. The MAI designation is held by appraisers who are experienced in the valuation and evaluation of commercial, industrial, residential and other types of properties, and who advise clients on real estate investment decisions. The designation involves a rigorous evaluation process including 380 hours of classroom instruction, 4,500 hours of qualified experience review credits and a demonstration appraisal report relating to an income-producing property. Mr. Anglemyer has been a Senior Appraiser with Colliers Pinkard since 2006.
