Colliers Pinkard is pleased to announce the sale of a fully leased warehouse building to TA Associates. The 60,000-square-foot building, located at 8900 Yellow Brick Road in Baltimore, Maryland is 100% leased to printing companies C&J Graphics, Inc. and Ridge Printing.
Jon Carpenter, Jay Wellschlager, Phil Iglehart and Denny Malone of Colliers Investment Services Group (CISG) represented the seller of the building.
“The buyer was chosen and the deal was closed within five weeks of receiving the assignment, which indicates a continuation of strong demand for well located and well leased industrial assets in the Baltimore Market” said Vice President Jonathan Carpenter, who led the team on the assignment.
