Colliers Tingey International (CTI), originally Charles Tingey Associates was established in 1968 as a specialized commercial brokerage firm servicing Central California.  The company, incorporated in 1973, has experienced dramatic growth since its beginning.  This growth is based upon the business community's recognition of CTI's integrity, accomplishments and a high level of client satisfaction.

In 1989, in an unprecedented move in local commercial real estate, Charles Tingey offered corporate stock to the firm's top sales agents and certain members of CTI's management team.  Expanding the board of directors to include new owners with voting rights, CTI broadened its base and established additional momentum to continue the tradition of exemplary client service.

In 1996, Charles Tingey Associates announced it was to join membership in Colliers International, an action which has expanded the market for its services and generates local, national and international opportunities for clients through exposure to many of the world's most creative and experienced real estate professionals.
