Colliers International has two Central California offices located in Bakersfield and Fresno with over 30 licensed commercial professionals.  Central California is the largest agricultural producing region in the United States and one of the largest oil and natural gas producing regions as well.  In addition, Central California is the site of regional medical hubs in both Fresno and Bakersfield as well as the site of numerous Department of Defense facilities, including Edwards Air Force Base, Lemoore Naval Air Station, China Lake Naval Weapons Reserve and the California Air National Guard.  There are also numerous government facilities including the Internal Revenue Service Center in Fresno.

The Bakersfield office was opened in 1980 and has professionals who specialize in representing landlords, tenants and investors in the sales and leasing of office, retail, industrial, multifamily, hotels/motels and land properties.
