CICV provides specialised valuation and consultancy advice and agency services to the Health, Aged Care and Retirement industry throughout Australasia .   With over 20 years of experience dealing with specialist assets such as residential care facilities (high and low care) and their associated licences, retirement villages, private hospitals and supported residential facilities.

Wine Industry
In mid 2002, acutely aware of the dearth of specialist property consultancy services to the wine industry, Colliers appointed dedicated personnel with proven track records to “fill the gap”.

Since then Colliers International has acted to further develop its Adelaide based Wine Industry business with the deployment of further resources in Melbourne and the employment of additional staff in the Adelaide office to manage the increased workload.  Colliers are well placed to assist private owners, corporations and institutions, participating in the burgeoning Australian wine industry.
