Quality Assurance is an important qualification resulting from our thorough in-house quality procedures. External auditors who conduct regular ongoing assessments of our quality procedures award certification. This means that our clients can be assured that in any CICV office, Quality Assurance procedures are followed.
Quality Assurance incorporates in part the designated verification of valuation or consultancy reports by senior staff or directors depending on the type of property and the level of value based upon our adopted QA matrix. The reports are thoroughly reviewed with specific emphasis on the valuation considerations, evidence, rationale and valuation amount reported.
Our procedures additionally include the appropriate review of individual quotations, and contracts prior to commencement of any assignment and the assessment of specific risk factors.
The commitment of CICV to Quality Assurance accreditation is ongoing having also achieved full accreditation under the revised ISO 9001-2000.
