The following is an account of the Atlanta market's top five office lease transactions for third quarter 2009.

Atlanta Journal & Constitution leased 127,823 square feet at 223 Perimeter Center Parkway NE in Atlanta. Robert Matthews and Fred Sheats of Colliers Spectrum Cauble represented the landlord, GID Investment LLC. John Shlesinger, Samuel Holmes and Anne Lofye of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant.

NCR Corp. leased 104,787 square feet at 3097 Satellite Blvd. in the Satellite Place business park in Duluth. John Bell and Sara Smith of Crescent Resources LLC represented the landlord, FSP Satellite Place Corp.

Kaiser Permanente leased 82,308 square feet at 9 Piedmont Center in Atlanta. Lee Caswell of PC Management Co. represented the landlord, in-house. David Demarest, William Propst and Rita Robison of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant.

Silverpop Systems Inc. leased 62,466 square feet at Galleria 200 in Atlanta. Sam Zelony of Grubb & Ellis represented the landlord, Grubb & Ellis Apartment REIT Inc.

Kaiser Permanente renewed is lease of 59,705 square feet at 10 Piedmont Center in Atlanta. Lee Caswell of PC Management Co. represented the landlord, in-house. David Demarest, William Propst and Rita Robison of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant.
