Andreas Marambos has been appointed Managing Director of Colliers International Hellas. He succeeds Richard Hazell who held the position since 2005 and has now been promoted to Regional Investment Director for Colliers Southeast Europe, in Belgrade, Serbia.

The new Managing Director of Colliers International Hellas, Andreas Marambos, joins from Ster Cinemas, the largest multiplex cinema operator chain in Greece, where he held the position of Managing Director from 2000 to 2007, achieving the successful development and operation of six multiplex cinemas in Greece, the effective project management of four European multiplex cinema projects and the conclusion of three multiplex lease agreements in Serbia & Montenegro. Before that, he worked as Human Resource and Cultural Diversity Consultant in TVX Hellas, the Canadian gold mining investor company, and from 1990 until 1998 he held the position of Senior Retail Manager and Corporate Human Resource Manager in South Africa for one of the UK’s leading retailers, Woolworths.

Andreas Marambos holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Relations from Witwatersrand University in Johannesburg, South Africa. He said: “Colliers is well known in Greece not only for its dynamic international network but also for its excellent services and I am greatly looking forward to managing such a great team. Our goal is to become the clear market leader in Greece.”
