Colliers International Southeast Europe has been named Consultant/Agent of the Year for the second consecutive year at the second annual Europaproperty.com Southeastern Europe awards. The awards, which attracted the leading real estate professionals in the region, took place in Bucharest on Thursday 29^th March at the Marriott Hotel.

Europaproperty.com said the award, which was for 2006, was made on the basis of “market contribution, quality of customer service, market innovation and commercial success.”

Philip Bay, Regional Director, Colliers Southeast Europe, welcomed the award. “By winning this award for the second straight year, Colliers SEE has demonstrated beyond doubt that we are the leading property consultants in the region. Our colleagues in the industry have recognized that in terms of professionalism, innovation, motivation and commitment, we are the clear market leaders.”
