Robert Antista – Managing Director

Robert holds a BA in business administration from Florida Atlantic University and a law degree from Samford University.

Robert Antista joined Colliers in 2008 and comes to Albania with an extensive background in business management, project management, law, consulting, and real estate brokerage. He has spent considerable time in Bulgaria while managing business operations and construction efforts for a large international construction firm responsible for the construction of the U.S. Embassy in Bulgaria.  Robert brings Colliers International a diverse background in real estate and business management.

Stela Dhami – General Manager

Stela Dhami holds a BA in economics from Reed College, Oregon, Portland and a MBA in Finance from the University of Portland, Oregon USA.
Her professional career started in US Bank, where she was dealing with SME businesses and meeting their needs for financing. She has additionally worked as a portfolio and account manager for a micro finance institution, Mercy Corps Northwest serving micro businesses in the Portland metropolitan area.

Ms. Dhami joined Colliers in 2007 as a Key Account Consultant with primary account management responsibility of City Park, the first international style shopping center in Albania.
Stela was promoted to General Manager of the Tirana/Albania team in October of 2007 a position which she holds today in addition to her account responsibilities for City Park.

In her day to day work Stela is responsible for client and business management as well as overall management of the office covering areas of finance, HR and marketing.
