Colliers ATREG follows the advanced technology manufacturing sector with a database of over 1,000 cleanroom facilities including supply and demand for these facilities. ATREG tracks information for cleanroom building sales globally including buyer and seller information, price, surplus land, and whether tools or intellectual property were included in the sale. Our comprehensive database includes over 3,000 key semiconductor industry executives.  Our information is gathered from various sources; some generally available to those in the industry, but a large portion is proprietary due to ATREG's close industry contacts and its exclusive work within the sector.
