Over the years, Marc has worked effectively with discriminating private investors, institutional investors, Fortune 500 companies, and small business owners alike.  Marc recently was appointed Director of the Retail Services Group for Colliers in Denver. Marc is working on several new retail/mixed-use developments within the Denver Metro area. Current projects will yield approximately 230,000 square feet of new retail property and encompass over $18 million in new land acquisition costs.
