Ms. Warfield joined Colliers Arnold in 2003.  She has 30 years experience with commercial real estate management, marketing and leasing.   Linda specializes in retail leasing and sales and focuses on tenant and landlord representation. She works with a variety of retailers such as big box, restaurants, fashion and service, on site selection and relocation throughout the Florida market. Leasing over 2.7 million square feet of retail, Linda has had a successful track record of leasing properties to over 90% capacity. She is on the redevelopment team for the Plantation Mall in South Florida, which is converting the three level enclosed mall into a multi-use hybrid center by adding residential and office to the retail component.  Active in the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) organization, Linda is a member of the ICSC CSM Committee, a MAXI Award judge and an ICSC instructor.  Linda has earned three coveted designations given by the ICSC:  SCSM (Senior Certified Shopping Center Manager), SCMD (Senior Certified Shopping Center Marketing Director) and CLS (Certified Leasing Specialist).  She is only the 21st person to achieve all three designations.

Prior to joining Colliers Arnold, Linda was with Grubb & Ellis as Vice President of Retail since 1995; leasing and managing over 2.5 million square feet of commercial retail properties.  Before coming to Florida, she had her own leasing and management company, Carrick Associates, in California focusing on marketing, leasing and management of neighborhood centers. Her career began with the Hahn Company marketing and managing regional and super-regional malls throughout California and Nevada
