EXPERIENCE
Linda Schulz currently serves as Account Manager for Colliers Corporate Solutions on the Siemens Account. Colliers Corporate Solutions provides lease administration for Siemens Corporation (ranked number 22 in the Global 500) administering their U.S. portfolio consisting of over 700 locations and more than 20 million square feet of real estate.
Linda also serves as the account manager for the Furniture Brands International portfolio account. Colliers manages the lease administration portfolio for 22 million square feet of mixed use real estate globally for Furniture Brands
Previously, Linda managed the Facility Management Team for Colliers’ Edward Jones Account, overseeing managers and specialists handling all existing Edward Jones branch office management, repair and maintenance, landlord relationships, disaster recovery and environmental issues, as well as office remodels, renewals and moves, vendor coordination and associate training. Additionally, she oversaw the recovery efforts of over 100 Edward Jones offices after the 2005 Hurricane Season. Linda is experienced in lease negotiation and administration, property operations, leasing and tenant retention, budget preparation, as well as financial statement review and evaluation.
Prior to joining Colliers Corporate Solutions in 2004, Linda was Director of Commercial Property Management for the Sansone Group, overseeing 48 properties in four states, and managing 6 property managers with a total portfolio of over 7 million square feet of office and retail properties.
