Linda began her career in investment property sales in 1978, specializing in apartment brokerage. She joined Cohen-Esrey Real Estate Services in 1982, where she was the Manager of the Investment Properties Division from 1987-1991. At that time, she resigned to accept a position with the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC) as Regional Director of Real Estate Sales. Linda supervised the sales of five RTC offices located in the twenty-three state Central Region. Her responsibilities included the development of sales strategies to liquidate billions of dollars in real estate from failed S&L’s. For her accomplishments, she was honored with the RTC’s Special Achievement Award.
Linda returned to Cohen-Esrey and resumed her prior management position in 1993, where she remained until joining Colliers Turley Martin Tucker in mid-2000. Linda has negotiated the sale of more than 8,000 apartment units over the past 10 years. She has represented both sellers and buyers in office, industrial and retail transactions.

Linda has received many sales awards over the years, including Commercial Realtor of the Year from the Metropolitan Kansas City Board of Realtors, the Distinguished Sales Award from the Sales and Marketing Executives of Kansas City, and others awarded by the companies for whom she has worked. She has made numerous presentations on investment real estate and the greater Kansas Citymarket.
