Layne Owen is a Senior Property Manager with Colliers Monroe Friedlander and has over twenty years of residential and commercial property management experience.  Mr. Owen joined the Colliers Monroe Friedlander team in March 2000. 

Currently, Mr. Owen is the property manager of a portfolio consisting of over 200,000 square feet of office and industrial properties for which he handles the day-to-day management, tenant build-out, and capital improvements, etc.  His past experience managing a variety of properties allows him to quickly identify issues and address them practically and efficiently.   He employs a proactive approach to property management which has successfully attained an outstanding level of client satisfaction in managing his properties

Mr. Owen is a real estate broker in the State of Hawaii and a Certified Commercial Investment Member candidate.
