Lary Carlton is a Senior Vice President with Colliers International's South Bay Office. Lary has worked with both Colliers South Bay Industrial/Commercial Office specializing in big box warehousing and logistics , and mixed use industrial/office development transactions, and Colliers Investment Department, concluding $45 million in transactions with Morgan Stanley on the sale of several mixed use office/industrial, multi-tenant business parks. This, combined with 10 years of construction experience enabled him to quickly advance in the company. He has now completed over $150 million in sales and leasing transaction work. Lary currently handles, on an exclusive basis, leasing of several A and B class multi-tenant business parks for developers such as Voit Development and other major property owners in Torrance, Carson, Signal Hill and the port cities of Long Beach and Los Angeles. He is the leader in industrial building sales and leasing activity in the port cities of Los Angeles and Long Beach, as well as Torrance, and is a dominant force in land leasing sales. The Southern California native began her career in real estate as a Client Service Coordinator and progressively advanced her knowledge in the industrial sector.
Alongside her teammates, she is adept at offering calculated yet fluid solutions that speak to the rapid growth within the
market while providing a customer-centric approach. Clients look to Amanda for her communicative, creative and knowledgeable skill set,
tapping into her ability to provide real-time trends, data and directives based on their specific needs. She is swift in her decision-making

Prior to joining Colliers, Amanda worked at the HSBC Global Banking and Markets headquarters in London, United Kingdom where
she was a key member of the development and delivery team responsible for the Global internal communication strategy. Amanda
conceptualized, designed and developed an intranet for HSBC Global Markets Operations from inception to delivery, which involved senior
stakeholder management across 14 different teams.
Amanda is a graduate of the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Business
Administration. In 2016-2017, Amanda was accepted into Eller’s highly competitive McGuire Entrepreneurship Program where she
developed and patented a shoe fastener for children and adults with disabilities. In 2018, Amanda earned her master’s degree in
Entrepreneurial Management from the University of Chester, based in London, United Kingdom.
