Company Experience
In 2001, Larry became a founding member of the Corporate Services Group, which provides strategic consulting, site selection, property acquisition and disposition services, portfolio management and administration to corporate clients. He is a state certified General Real Estate Appraiser, licensed to appraise all types of real estate property with a focus on specialized industrial facilities. In addition, he is a General Accredited Appraiser (GAA) and a Certified Industrial Property Specialist (CIPS), both governed by the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Larry is a member of the prestigious Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). He joined Ostendorf-Morris, now Colliers Ostendorf-Morris, in 1986.

Mr. Kell serves as the real estate portfolio manager for several Fortune 1000 companies, with over 950 locations in 41 countries, comprising in excess of 17 million square feet of both owned and leased office, warehouse, and manufacturing space. He has completed several hundred transactions worldwide since he joined the Corporate Services Group.
In 2005, Larry received the award for the greatest number of Multiple City Assignments within Colliers.
