As an industrial leasing and sales specialist, Mr. Holbert provides over two decades of experience in commercial real estate, commercial land planning and site civil engineering in the Charlotte, North Carolina area. For the past 15 years, he has been representing buyers, sellers, owners, tenants or landlords in connection with the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of industrial buildings and land. Mr. Holbert brings a unique perspective to site selection and build-to-suit projects, allowing him to assist his clients in every aspect of their project. In 2006, Barb Jespersen joined Lane as a partner. Together they are members of the Colliers International Food Facilities Group, which focuses on serving the real estate needs of the food industry. Lane is also active in investment sales of industrial properties

• INVESCO – Leasing multiple buildings for INVESCO in Charlotte, North Carolina including the 334,000-square-foot Masonite renewal
• Kontane Logistics – Negotiated 272,000-square-foot lease in Huntersville, North Carolina and a 200,000-square-foot lease in Charleston, South Carolina
• West Logistics – Negotiated 150,000-square-foot lease and subsequent renewal for a cross-dock facility and 251,603 square foot lease for a bulk warehouse facility in Charlotte, North Carolina
