Kurt Van Dyke has historically been one of Colliers Barry's leading producers.  Kurt is the only broker to have been selected three times for the Southeastern Wisconsin Realtors Association "Deal of the Year" award.  With over 20 years of industrial brokerage experience, he focuses primarily on the sale and leasing of large industrial and warehouse facilities.

Education
In addition to being one of the few brokers in the Milwaukee market with both an SIOR and CCIM designation, Kurt also holds degrees in real estate and finance from the University of Wisconsin.

Achievements
Kurt's combination of experience and education has resulted in his successful completion of more sales of large buildings than any other commercial real estate broker.  Recent experiences include the sale of the 290,000 square foot Falk building to Penzeys Spices and the sale of the 130,000 square foot North Star Print building to TAPCO.  Kurt was also responsible for the sale of 71 acres in Grafton, WI to Aurora Healthcare for a new facility.

Kurt's past clients include Warner Amex, Square D Corporation, A.O. Smith, American National Can, Emerson Electric, Firestone Tire & Rubber, Briggs & Stratton, US Can and International Flavors and Fragrances, to name only a few.
