Kristi Bowins is an asset manager for Colliers International, Idaho. In this capacity, she is responsible for all aspects of property operation, as well as client relations for the assets in her portfolio. Ms. Bowins has nearly twenty years of real estate experience, including implementation-level property management, leasing and construction management, and strategic asset management of properties. Ms. Bowins is a member of ICSC (the International Council of Shopping Centers) and has completed coursework through ICSC, IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) and CCIM.
