Company Experience

Kevin joined the Colliers Ostendorf-Morris' Office Services Group in March of 2004.  Representing landlords, Kevin currently handles the exclusive leasing and sale of over 1 million square feet. Kevin also has a passion for helping clients analyze and select appropriate facilities. As a tenant representative, Kevin works hand-in-hand with his clients to provide identification of potential facilities, the analysis of economic impacts on their business and the negotiation of lease/purchase terms. Kevin has built his success by combining a focus on client service with excellent technical and market expertise.

Professional Experience

Prior to joining Colliers Ostendorf-Morris, Kevin was an Assistant Golf Professional at Shaker Heights Country Club located in Shaker Heights, Ohio and an active apprentice in PGA of America. While actively assisting in the day-to-day golf operations, Kevin also spent considerable time teaching the game and playing various local tournaments.
