Company Experience
Ken Yantek, based in Cleveland, joined Colliers Ostendorf-Morris in April 1999 as a member of the expanded Corporate Services Group (“CSG”). CSG provides a broad range of coordinated national and global real estate management services to major corporations. Mr. Yantek manages client requirements for facility services and also negotiates leases, dispositions and acquisitions. He is also a licensed attorney and Realtor. Formerly, Mr. Yantek was a member of a similar business unit for a major competitor.

Education
Mr. Yantek graduated cum laude with a dual Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Finance from Boston College.
He earned his JD Degree from Cleveland Marshall College of Law and also received a Master of Business Administration Degree from Cleveland State University.
Achievements
Mr. Yantek held the position of manager of real estate services for LTV Steel Company where he was responsible for the preparation of legal documents, negotiation and administration of office and facility leases with annual rentals in excess of $4 million. He also directed contractors for facility design, maintenance, relocation and construction. Mr. Yantek additionally supervised real estate record management and participated in negotiations for the sale of idled or surplus property averaging $5 million per year over a three-year period.
As Operations Manager and in-house counsel for the King James Group, a major real estate developer, Mr. Yantek negotiated construction and long-term financing sources and coordinated financing relationships for company projects in addition to his legal and property management responsibilities.
Mr. Yantek began his career in real estate as an appraiser for a major lending institution. During his tenure there, he held a number of positions including vice president of finance in charge of financial and investment analysis of real estate. Mr. Yantek also directed the management and eventual sale of four major real estate projects owned by the bank generating $3 million profit over a two-year period in the midst of record real estate losses. He also served on the executive loan committee.
