Kelli Yanagawa Wilinski is vice president in the Office Services Division of Colliers Monroe Friedlander, Inc., Hawaii’s largest commercial real estate organization.
Ms. Wilinski's landlord representation ranges from institutional owners such as Central Pacific Bank (University Square) to notable family-owned organizations such as LGT, Ltd. (1523 Kalakaua). She also represents Kamehameha Schools, Hawaii's largest private landlord at diverse properties including Newtown Square, Kahala Professional Building, Kahala Korner and Kawaiahao Plaza.
Additionally, Ms. Wilinski has successfully represented various local and national tenants, including: Hawaii Shipyards, Healthcare Association of Hawaii, HealthSouth, Nursefinders, PCL Construction Services, Sourcecorp, ValPak of Hawaii, and Wilson Okamoto Corporation. Prior to joining Colliers, Ms. Wilinski worked for Pacific Business News as a Sales Art Director and Advertising Consultant. At Pacific Business News, her responsibilities included advertising sales, project management, graphic design and event production.
A graduate of California State University Northridge, Ms. Wilinski is a professionally licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Hawaii. She is an active member of the General Contractors Association of Hawaii.
