Company Experience

Keith Grant joined Colliers Ostendorf-Morris in April of 1999 as director of Sites and Operations in the expanded Corporate Services Group (“CSG”).  CSG provides a broad range of coordinated national and global real estate management services to major corporations.  Formerly, Mr. Grant was a member of a similar business unit for a major competitor.  Mr. Grant handles negotiations of lease and license agreements for timber, minerals, oil and gas, warehousing and rights-of-way for utility lines and railroads for major corporate clients.  He also provides disposition and site selection expertise.

Professional Experience

In his former capacity as manager of real estate for LTV Steel, Mr. Grant handled the disposition of more than 75,000 acres of property.  He was responsible for the negotiation and management of over 2,000 lease and license agreements.  In addition, he was involved in NPDES permitting, wetlands delineation and environmental site assessment and remediation.  He has an extensive background with manufacturing operations.
