Keenan Sue is a member of the Office Services Division at Colliers Monroe Friedlander. Keenan has a passion for tenant representation, specializing in the Central Business District of Honolulu and surrounding areas. Genuine care and the fulfillment of his clients' office space requirements are primary concerns. Through constant engagement with Colliers Monroe Friedlander's consulting and research department, his knowledge of current market conditions ensures maximum cost containment and strategic positioning for his clients’ current and future business needs.
In 2009, Keenan co-founded a golf entertainment company specializing in marketing for golf related products and services. As director of sales, he negotiated and secured vendor contracts with some of Oahu's most popular golf courses, restaurants and golf instructional facilities, including the Hawaii Prince Golf Club, Makaha Resort & Golf Club, Big City Diner, ProAM Golf Shop and GolfTEC Hawaii.
Born and raised in Honolulu, Keenan's warm nature, extensive local business network and unique blend of work experience create a platform for smooth negotiations between tenants and commercial property owners. His consistent contact with local business owners and professionals through numerous volunteer activities and charity golf events make Keenan an extremely valuable resource to his clientele.
Keenan is an avid surfer and enjoys traveling the world with his family. He has coached baseball at Punahou School for the past 5 years since returning from Minnesota, where he obtained a B.A. in Economics from Macalester College. A pilot of the former Aloha Airlines, he maintains flying as a hobby. Keenan is a member of the Honolulu Japanese Chamber of Commerce, volunteers for the Hawaii Meals on Wheels program and remains active with the O-Men of Punahou School.
