Karen Warner, CCIM joined Colliers in 2006 as a Director specializing in office transactions in the Boise Metropolitan area. Ms. Warner began her commercial real estate career in 1994 with Carmen Commercial Real Estate Services in Indianapolis, Indiana, where she specialized in representing technology firms, including IBM, First Internet Bank, Aprimo, Brightpoint, and Mozilla. She is currently responsible for the leasing of more than 1.2 million square feet of office space in the Treasure Valley, and was named a Top 5 Broker at Colliers in 2008 and an Indianapolis Top 20 Broker in 1999.

• In the Boise market, Ms. Warner has been involved in more than $50,000,000 of lease and sale transactions.

• Ms. Warner has represented tenants and landlords in 200+ offi ce lease transactions totaling more than 600,000 square feet.

BUSINESS AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

Karen graduated from Utah State University with a B.S. in Marketing. She is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) candidate, and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Idaho.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

Karen was voted one of the Top 25 Women of the Year by the Idaho Business Review in 2007. She is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) organization, and serves on the Board of Directors for the Boise Chamber of Commerce. She is a 2001 graduate of Leadership Boise, and a graduate of the United Way’s Board Leadership Development program. She is an active member of the Arid Club’s membership committee, a CCIM Idaho Chapter Officer, and an Idaho Real Estate Commission Certified Instructor.
