Karen M. Birkett is a member of the Office Services Division at Colliers Monroe Friedlander, Inc.  Ms. Birkett spent the past 5 years in the residential and commercial mortgage lending business as an Area Sales Manager for New Century Mortgage. Prior to joining New Century, Ms. Birkett enjoyed many successful years in retail sales management.

In addition to Ms. Birkett’s work history, she has owned and managed various companies including an Asian wholesale/retail showroom, a drug testing distribution company and nightclubs, just to name a few. Ms. Birkett’s experiences of owning various small businesses coupled with her many years of experience working for large corporations, has enabled her to understand needs of all clients whether they are small business owners or large corporate clients.

Ms. Birkett is originally from Whidbey Island, Washington, but has lived between Hawaii and Guam for over 20 years.
