Kane has been with the Orlando office of Colliers Arnold for seven years. She is a native of the Orlando area and has watched Central Florida mature as an economically diverse community. Kane’s work for Colliers Arnold has been concentrated in the Land and Retail Acquisition, Disposition, Development and Office Leasing and Sales, with Developer and Tenant driven projects.
For the last six years, Kane has worked with many land owners and developers, office and retail tenants, finding them locations that work with their particular situation. She helps the client analyze their acquisition and dispositions strategies, understand and navigate local government regulations, entitlement issues in an effort for them to maximize their goals and minimize their costs.

Kane joined Colliers after two years as Director of Operations, of a boutique Financial Planning firm, where she earned her Series 6 Security License and her Variable Annuity, Life & Health Insurance License. Kane joined Colliers Arnold in 2000. In seven years, Kane has successfully sold and/or leased over $280 million worth of real estate with her team. Kane prides herself on community involvement chairing and organizing many community events, working with CCIM, ICSC Next Generation, ULI, Downtown Orlando Partnership, American Red Cross, and many more.
