Jonathan Kohn is a senior vice president within Colliers International's Industrial Services Group. His geographic focus lies within the O’Hare market, where he represents the interests of institutions, corporations and small businesses in the buying, selling and leasing of industrial property. Jonathan’s experience working for a developer and owner of industrial real estate enables him to assist his clients with lease evaluations and negotiations, site analysis, as well as financial and investment valuation. His advanced analytical skills combined with his practical understanding of the industry, bring a unique perspective to his clients and have proven to be integral to his success at Colliers.Jonathan is a past recipient of the Colliers Chicago Emerging Broker Award and also received three consecutive promotions in 2009, 2010 and 2011. In 2011, Jonathan was named a top 10% producer by Colliers USA. He has also been named to the firm’s “Everest Club”, an honor bestowed annually upon the firm’s top producers.Prior to joining Colliers, Jonathan was a Market Representative with ProLogis, the world’s largest owner and developer of distribution facilities. At ProLogis, Jonathan negotiated more than 35 lease deals with values in excess of $25 million and was responsible for sourcing new acquisition opportunities for the firm.
