Jon is a member of the Investment Services Division, where he specializes in investment sales, buyer and seller representation, and real estate consulting. He has expertise in exchanging real estate assets and working knowledge of creative solutions to ownership challenges. Jon creates value for this clients through individual consideration of investment goals, problem solving and superior market understanding.
With his extensive brokerage and investor contacts, as well as regular attendance to exclusize national marketing sessions, Jon is able to promote listings on behalf of his clients. He also has experience in the exchange and disposition of office, retail, NNN investment properties, self storage, and land.
Jon began his career in real estate in 2001 with Meyer Companies, Inc., a commercial real estate development and construction company based in Kansas City. While with Meyer Companies, Inc., Jon was involved in site acquisition, ground up development, construction, lease up, and sale of numerous office retail and industrial projects.
