Jonathan Barry is the president and founder of Colliers Spectrum Cauble Realty, LLC.  Under Mr. Barry’s leadership, the firm and its subsidiaries provide commercial real estate brokerage and management services to institutional investors, corporations and individuals throughout Atlanta and the broader southeastern marketplace.

Mr. Barry is also Chief Executive Officer of Colliers Spectrum Cauble Management, LLC.  With over thirty million square feet of retail, office and industrial assignments, this company ranks among the top third-party property management companies in Atlanta and is Atlanta’s largest third-party manager of shopping centers.  Also under Mr. Barry’s leadership, Spectrum Maintenance Services, LLC provides a wide range of on-site maintenance and repair services for the Colliers Spectrum Cauble portfolio as well as more than two dozen other clients.

Mr. Barry has extensive commercial real estate experience in Atlanta following the establishment of his career in 1977.  Prior to forming his company in 1985, Mr. Barry served as Vice President in charge of the Atlanta office for LaSalle Partners, a national real estate investment and asset management firm.

PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS

With an initial portfolio of 1 million square feet of commercial properties and six employees, Mr. Barry formed Spectrum Realty Advisors in 1993 to provide real estate investors with leasing, management and disposition services.  Initially on behalf of lenders who became owners during the early ‘90s banking crisis and later, on behalf of investors and developers, the company grew to become one of Atlanta’s leading retail management and brokerage companies. 

Spectrum and Colliers Cauble & Company initially merged their management businesses in 2000 followed by the complete merger of the companies in 2006.  Today, the company’s activities span all major product types and disciplines and comprise over 150 professionals and staff.
