Mr. Greene is a Senior Vice President in the Retail Services Group with Colliers Monroe Friedlander, Inc. While achieving top Retail Division production honors for 10 years, Mr. Greene has also been the overall company top producer for 6 years. He also served as Manager of the Retail Services Group from from 1992-2002.
Mr. Greene specializes in retail leasing and investment sales with an emphasis in retail tenant representation. Some of Mr. Greene’s current and previous clients include: 24 Hour Fitness, Barnes & Noble, California Pizza Kitchen, CSK Auto, Pacific/Consolidated Theatres, The Gap, Louis Vuitton, Office Depot, Polo/Ralph Lauren, Ross Stores, Sam’s Club, and Wal-Mart.
With numerous years of experience on retail assignments within the visitor industry, Mr. Greene has established valuable relationships and garnered local market expertise within the hospitality sector. In collaboration with Colliers Hotel Realty, Mr. Greene has expanded his focus to include resort and hotel property brokerage, allowing him to combine his local market knowledge together with his international hotel realty expertise.

Mr. Greene has participated in a number of notable leasing projects, including the conception and development of multiple retail shopping centers. Some of these projects include: Pearl Highlands Shopping Center (Pearl City, Oahu) - 420,000 square foot Power Center anchored by Sam’s Club, Ross Dress For Less, and Old Navy; Lahaina Center (Lahaina, Maui) - 150,000 square foot specialty fashion and entertainment center anchored by Hard Rock Café, Banana Republic and Wallace Theatres; Restaurant Row (Honolulu, Oahu) - 90,000 square foot retail complex primarily anchored by restaurants and eight office towers; Kapolei Entertainment Center (Kapolei, Oahu)- 92,000 square foot complex anchored by Consolidated Theatres; Koko Marina Shopping Center (Honolulu, Oahu) - 198,346 square foot shopping center anchored by Foodland and Consolidated Theatres; and Waiakea Center (Hilo, Hawaii) - 250,000 square foot center in Hilo anchored by Wal-Mart, Ross Dress For Less, Office Max and Borders.
