In 1997, John L. Neely and Clifford H. Dales founded Neely/Dales, LLC Commercial and Industrial Real Estate, later becoming Colliers Neely Dales, LLC in November of 2008. Colliers Neely Dales is a full service commercial real estate firm offering landlord and tenant/buyer representation, marketing, property management, and consulting.
John started in real estate in 1985 after 10 years experience in city planning, consulting, and development. He has been particularly active in the sales and leasing of larger industrial and office properties. John holds dual membership (industrial and office) in The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), the nations leading professional commercial and industrial real estate association with 1,900 members in 350 cities worldwide.

AFFILIATIONS:
Active in civic affairs, John has served as chair of the Savannah Commercial Council of Realtors, president of the Rotary Club of Savannah East, president of Leadership Savannah, chair of the Savannah Development and Renewal Authority, and a member of the Savannah Historic Review Board.

John is a 1970 graduate of the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. Later he received a Masters in Public Administration from the University of Georgia.
