Experience John has been in the business for over 22 years and has been named Top Producer in both the Indianapolis Colliers Turley Martin Tucker office and the entire company 12 times since 1993. Since 1994, he has sold or leased over 100 million square feet of industrial properties for a total of over $3 billion.
John is a member of the Distressed Assets Services Group and the Holding Company Board of Directors.
Major Transactions • Represented Verizon in the sale of their 330,882 square foot facility in Westfield, Indiana to Hollingsworth Capital Partners for $6.6 million.
• Represented the owner of 12024 Exit Five Parkway in the sale of their 46,780 square foot building in Indianapolis, Indiana for $2 million.
• Represented Opus North Corporation in the lease of 825,000 square feet to OHL and 321,627 square feet to BrightPoint.
• Represented Menlo Logistics in the lease of 157,715 square feet in Plainfield, Indiana.
• Represented Opus North Corporation in the lease of 134,631 square feet to Pitney Bowes.
• Represented Fundex Corp. in the build-to-suit of their 102,400 square foot facility in Plainfield, Indiana.

In 2001 and 2003, John was named one of the top 30 brokers in the country by Commercial Property News Magazine. He was named the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors, Realtor of the Year in 2003. In 2006, John was named as one of 40 Over 40 by Midwest Real Estate News and First Industrial’s annual First Place Broker recognition program.
