Accreditations/Designations John has earned the professional designations of Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS® (SIOR), and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). In 1998, 2008, and 2009, he was named one of the nation’s top Commercial Brokers by Real Estate Forum Magazine. In 2001 and 2003, John was named one of the top 30 brokers in the country by Commercial Property News Magazine. He was named the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors, Realtor of the Year in 2003. In 2006 John was named as one of 40 Over 40 by Midwest Real Estate News and First Industrial’s annual First Place Broker recognition program. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
John was named Top Producer of the entire commercial division of the company 12 times since 1993 and had the largest brokerage mega-deal and the largest multi-city assignment for Colliers Turley Martin Tucker. John is on the Holding Company Board of Directors, the Colliers Investment Services Group Advisory Board, the Global Investment Services Team (GIST) Executive Committee, and a member of the Distressed Assets Services Group.
