Company Experience
John Burke joined Colliers Ostendorf-Morris as Assistant Vice President of Investment Sales in 2007 and was recently promoted to his current position, Vice President.  John has 22 years of experience in promoting growth in his clients’ businesses by providing expertise in areas such as financing, advisory and consulting services, and sales services to a variety of developers, institutions, joint ventures, and individual investors.  Since he has joined Colliers Ostendorf-Morris, John has been able to maximize his expertise by collaborating with investment specialists across our Colliers network of 250 offices worldwide.

Prior Experience
Prior to joining Colliers Ostendorf-Morris, John worked as a Financial Advisor and Asset Manager at Frank Russell Company with Russell Indexes 1000, 2000, and 3000.  In his first year, John generated twelve million dollars of total assets in 401K and individual investment businesses.  Before that, he was a Financial Advisor and Asset Manager for a smaller firm, Newport Investment Advisors, Inc. where he developed over eleven million dollars of new business with various corporations, individuals, brokerage firms, and trusts for this market timing investment company.  John also has prior experience as a Real Estate Advisor for a prominent Cleveland brokerage firm where he consulted and advised corporations’ pensions and high net worth individuals on buying, selling and leasing commercial properties.

Education
John received his B.A. degree at Baldwin Wallace College, attended Case Western Reserve University and received his M.S., and also attended the University of Michigan School of Business.
