Mr. Montgomery’s credentials feature 25 years of exclusive capital market transaction experience including the financing and sales of retail, office, multi-family, and industrial properties throughout the southeast. He has personally consummated over 200 transactions, exceeding $1 billion in total volume.  Previous work experience includes ten years as a commercial mortgage banker with Shoptaw-James and an asset management post with Confederation Life Insurance Company where he participated in the portfolio management of $3.2 billion in commercial real estate loans.  Mr. Montgomery has sold numerous properties across the southeast and enjoys a long history of repeat-client relationships.  Some of those relationships & transactions include:
